Call Detail Records (CDR) can be exported based upon Destination, extension, or by date range. Should you need to pull a report you may export call entries by CSV or PDF. You must be a domain administrator to export any reports.
- Login to server as a domain administrator
- Hover over Application, select Call Detail Records
- Enter your search criteria and select Search
- Review entries
- Select the records you wish to export, and select Export
- Select CSV - Can be imported into Excel
- Select PDF - Can be opened in any PDF viewer
- Save and Name file to a known location
