- Email support@networkphonesolutions.com and request a softphone VAR sheet.
- This will contain all of the necessary account information to get the app online
- Open the SessionTalk app
- Select the Menu button in the upper left corner of the app
- Select Accounts
- Select the Plus + to add a new account
- User Details
- Account Name
- Activate Account
- User Name
- Password
- Display Name
- Server Details
- Domain
- Advanced Settings
- Voicemail No. - *97
- Subscribe to MWI
- SIP Registration - Make sure incoming calls is selected
- UDP Keepalive - Make sure this is enabled
- Select the Check in the upper right corner to save
- The account will change to Registered, select the Back button to return to the call screen
- Make a test call to *97 to check your voicemail
- The app will draw down your battery, to exit the app select the menu button in the upper right corner of the call screen, then select Exit to close the app. This will save battery, but prevent you from receiving calls.
