All extensions and incoming lines come with a voicemail account. This account can play up to 2 different greetings, and email a .wav file to your email address. Messages can be retrieved via the phone or external dial in number. Administrators can also login to the phone server directly and view messages.
These instructions are for Grandstream UCM6100/6200/6300 phone systems. Instructions will not work on NPS Servers.
- Pick up the phone and dial *97
- Press 0 for Mailbox Options
- Press 1 to setup new greeting
- Press 1 to modify your first greeting
- Record the greeting and press # when complete
- Listen to the recording and press 1 to confirm the greeting
- Hang up
- Pick up the phone and dial *98
- Enter the voicemail box number and press #
- Enter the voicemail box pin code + #
- Press 1 to check new messages
- Pick up the phone and dial *97
- Press 0 for Mailbox Options
- Press 1 to record a new greeting
- Press 2 to record a second greeting
- Record the greeting and press # when complete
- Listen to the recording and press 1 to confirm the greeting
- Hang up
- Pick up the phone and dial *97
- Press 0 for Mailbox Options
- Press 5 to enter a new PIN
- Pick up the phone and dial *97
- Press 0 for Mailbox Options
- Press 3 to Record a new mailbox name
- Pick up the phone and dial *97
- You may also use an external dial in number to access the voicemail box
- Enter the voicemail box pin code + #
- Press 5 for Advanced Options
- Press 2 to select a new greeting
- Hang up

- Be sure to include your extension or number, and request voicemail transcription
