All extensions and incoming lines come with a voicemail account. This account can play up to 9 different greetings, and email a .wav file with transcription to your email address. Messages can be retrieved via the phone or external dial in number. Administrators can also login to the phone server directly and view messages.

- Pick up the phone and dial *97
- Enter voicemail pin code + #
- Default Voicemail Pin - 4444
- Press 5 for Advanced Options
- Press 1 to setup new greeting
- Press 1 to modify your first greeting
- Record the greeting and press # when complete
- Listen to the recording and confirm the greeting
- Hang up
- Pick up the phone and dial *97
- Enter voicemail pin code + #
- Press 5 for Advanced Options
- Press 6 to change Voicemail Password
- Enter new PIN
- Confirm Password and hang up
- Pick up the phone and dial *98
- Enter the voicemail box number and press #
- Enter the voicemail box pin code + #
- Press 1 to check new messages
- Pick up the phone and dial *97
- Enter the voicemail box pin code + #
- Press 5 for Advanced Options
- Press 1 to record a new greeting
- Press 2 to record a second greeting
- Record the greeting and press # when complete
- Listen to the recording and confirm the greeting
- Hang up
- Pick up the phone and dial *97
- You may also use an external dial in number to access the voicemail box

- Press 2 to select a new greeting

¶ Setup Voicemail to Email and Transcription
- Contact your phone administrator or email support@networkphonesolutions.com
- Be sure to include your extension or number, and request voicemail transcription
- Please allow up to 24-hours for activation
¶ Record and upload another extension's voicemail greeting
- On your phone dial *732, enter a recording number, then record the greeting
- Login to your phone server, hover over Applications, and select Recordings
- Locate the recoding using the recording number, and download the wav file
- Login to the user's phone server, hover over Applications, and select Voicemail
- Select Greetings under the user's extension
- Upload the greeting, and select the greeting
- If uploading a pre-recorded audio file, it must be in 16-bit, 8Khz, and mono
